ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY We’re increasing our water reclamation capacity from 200,000 to 450,000 gallons per day. This step will allow us to recover and reuse 80% of the wastewater from our dyeing process—an annual saving of around 80 million gallons of water. That’s roughly equal to the drinking water needed by nearly 400,000 adults each year. We’ve installed a 250 kWh solar system across two of our stitching units to support cleaner, more responsible energy use. With this shift, we’re not only powering the production of up to 9 million garments a year but also reducing our carbon emissions by 210 tons annually, thanks to the significantly lower carbon footprint of solar energy (0.04 kg/kWh) compared to fossil fuels (0.429 kg/kWh). WASTE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY To further strengthen our commitment to sustainable water use, we’ve set up a reverse osmosis (RO) plant at our facility. This ensures clean, purified water for operations while minimizing waste. It’s a step toward smarter resource management and a healthier environmental footprint.
